If you want to feel in control of your money, if you want your 95% going towards things you really want, or if you’re sick of running monthly numbers in your head – here’s your chance to build a budget the way I do. I’ve taken all of the good stuff and compiled it so that you can have your own real budget up and running today.
One Month of Budgeting:
The easiest way to get going is to sign up for One Month of Budgeting. It’s free and it gives you a weekly reminder to update your budget, or start one if you haven’t yet. You don’t need to buy anything to benefit from these emails, you just need an email address and a willingness to take control of your 95% for at least a month.

Once you have your own budget you’ll:
- Lower your stress – no more guesswork or feeling out of control.
- Have more money for the things you really want – instead of blowing it on things you value less.
- Easily avoid debt – enjoy the peace and security of living within your means.
- Make better decisions – you’ll know what you can afford.
- Better communication with family – you’ll be on the same page with money.
- Plan and achieve goals – easily make plans for vacations, entertainment systems, or whatever you’d like.
The WithinMeans Toolkit:
To get you started on your own budget today I’ve put together an inexpensive workbook you can download and print out, as well as a clean, simple, and flexible spreadsheet.
They’re simple and interactive step-by-step, fill-in-the-numbers tools to building your own custom and flexible budget.

- You’ll have your own budget – no cookie cutter “system.” Your budget will be yours and will work for you.
- The spreadsheet is designed to be manipulated – you won’t be stuck with some one-size-fits-all budgeting software or online program.
- Easy to read – no financial mumbo-jumbo.
- Everything is stripped down to a step-by-step process – fill in the numbers for each step and you’ll have a working budget, just like that.
